Pür Minerals Glow Powder Review

Does anyone else struggle with bronzers like I do? There are so many on the market, but so many are hideous! They’re either way too dark, even with a light hand, or far too shimmery. Guerlain and some other high-end brands do some lovely ones, but they are not purse friendly. Glow Powder from Pür Minerals has now made it into my makeup bag!

Pur Minerals Glow Powder

The colour is a warm, golden brown, which manages to do what it says on the tin – glow. It’s not a flat, matt colour, but it doesn’t have the dreaded shimmer or glitter effect either. Pür Minerals are a brand I’ve really come to enjoy using (you can see a review of their 4 in 1 base here), it feels incredibly light on my skin and lasts very well. Even at the end of a hot day, you don’t feel like you’ve got a makeup film on your face, which is always a bonus.

Whilst on holiday, I’ve just been using a bit of concealer and a big blush/powder brush with this bronzer on my cheekbones, down the bridge of my nose and to even out the colour on my neck, which is always lighter than the rest of my tan! It gives a natural but healthy effect and you can build the colour up to be more dramatic for a night out or to complement an even darker tan.

You can pick up Pür Minerals Glow Powder from Marks and Spencer for £19.50.

Have you tried any of the Pür Minerals range? Is there anything else you recommend I should try?

Which are your favourite bronzers? Do drop me a comment, email or tweet!
